These terms govern your use of GeoLIP. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
GeoLIP is an information and research platform for Indian property. We publish project information compiled from public sources, together with maps and location intelligence.
We are not a party to any property transaction. We are not a broker, agent, developer, or financial adviser, and we do not hold money for you. Any dealing you enter into is between you and the other party.
You may browse, search and use GeoLIP for your own research, including in the course of your work. You may not:
The GeoLIP name, design, software, compiled datasets and the arrangement of information on this site belong to us or our licensors. Project names, logos, images and marketing material belong to the respective developers and are shown for identification and information.
Anything you submit — an enquiry, a review, a correction — remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and use it for the purpose you submitted it, and to keep an anonymised copy for quality and analysis.
Project information is compiled from public sources and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Please read the Disclaimer — it is part of these terms. Verify anything that matters to your decision directly with the developer and the relevant RERA authority.
Where we offer paid plans, the price, inclusions and billing period are as shown at purchase. Payments are processed by our gateway. Access continues for the period you paid for. Refunds are handled case by case and in line with Indian consumer law; contact us.
We aim to keep GeoLIP available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and will avoid doing so disruptively where we reasonably can.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoLIP is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from your reliance on published information or from any dealing with a developer, broker or other user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seat of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use GeoLIP after that means you accept the revised terms.
