GeoLIP is an information platform, not a broker, developer, or financial adviser. Nothing here is an offer to sell, an invitation to invest, or advice on which property to buy. Verify every material fact with the developer and the relevant RERA authority before you pay anyone anything.

Where our information comes from

Project information on GeoLIP is compiled from publicly available sources — developers' own websites and marketing material, state RERA registers, government and municipal publications, and public infrastructure datasets. We do not receive this data from developers under any agreement, and its accuracy is theirs, not ours.

Accuracy and completeness

We try hard to be accurate, and we still expect to be wrong somewhere. Specifically:

RERA

Where we show a RERA registration number, it is reproduced from the source and has not been independently re-verified by us on the date you read it. Registration can lapse, be extended, or be revoked. Always check the number yourself on the relevant state authority's site before relying on it. A project shown without a RERA number is not necessarily unregistered — it may simply be a gap in our data.

Images and third-party content

Project images are generally served from the developer's own systems and remain their property. They are frequently artists' impressions rather than photographs of a completed building, and may not represent the unit offered to you.

District and proximity intelligence

Distances, proximity rings and district-level indicators are computed from published datasets using straight-line geometry. They are a research aid, not a survey, and straight-line distance is not travel time.

Your decision is yours

Property is a large, illiquid, and legally complex purchase. Before committing, engage your own advocate for title and approvals, your own chartered accountant or financial adviser on affordability and tax, and visit the site. GeoLIP accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you find something wrong, please tell us — corrections are welcome and we act on them.
