No. We do not broker transactions and we take no commission on any sale. That is deliberate: a platform paid by developers ranks projects to suit developers.
Public sources — developers' own websites, state RERA registers, and government infrastructure and administrative datasets. No developer pays to appear, and none can pay to rank higher.
Yes, and we would like to know. Use Contact us and tell us the project and what is wrong. Corrections made by hand are protected from being overwritten by our next data import.
Because we only publish what we can source publicly. Prices in particular are often not published at all, and we would rather show nothing than a made-up number. A blank field means we do not know, not that the answer is zero.
Whether units are still available is separate: a delivered project can also be sold out, and we flag that on its own.
Because they are different measures and converting between them invents numbers. We record whichever the source states. If a source does not say, we treat it as super built-up, which is the industry default and the least flattering assumption.
We reproduce them from the source. Registrations lapse and change, so check the number on your state authority's site before relying on it. See the Disclaimer.
A proximity tool: pick a project and see what is around it — schools, hospitals, transport, employment, infrastructure — within a radius you choose. Distances are straight-line, not travel time.
